  • Can I change my package level after submitting my manuscript?
    Because each editing process is customized, we cannot change the package level after a manuscript has been submitted. If editing is needed after the final manuscript has been delivered to the author, please submit a request to authors@equalix.com for review.
  • What guarantee do you provide for the editing and review services Equalix provides?
    We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your editing and review, please communicate with your editor via the portal within 30 days and we will review and re-edit the manuscript at no charge. Non-acceptance of a manuscript is not a reason a not satisfactory review or edit however.
  • How are revisions handled at Equalix?
    Editorial revisions by Equalix are an important part of the review and editing process, and are supported by us. While the basic package does not include revisions, the advanced and premium include two (2) and three (3) revisions respectively working directly with our editors and reviewers that are submitted within 30 days of receiving the manuscript back from our reviewers and editors.
  • How long does it take to review or edit my manuscript?
    While many other editorial services claim to be a 48-hour turn around, Equalix prides itself in quality and completeness. While your manuscript is assigned within 24 hours, it can take 5-7 days to receive comments and a revision on it, and up to 14 days for complete editing, formatting, translation, comments, and review. If time is a factor, please inquire at authors@equalix.com to ensure we will make your timeframe needed before submitting your manuscript.
  • Do you accept all manuscripts?
    While we provide editing and reviewing services for global authors and scientists, we do not accept all manuscripts. Poorly executed manuscripts without premise or support, nonsensical, inappropriate or unethical papers will not be accepted and will be returned.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
